Class Description:

All classes include postures, breathing practices and meditation or relaxation.

Open Class: Open to anyone from beginners to advanced. Practices are staged so that practitioners can work at their own level.
Elders Class: Includes chair yoga with options for standing and deep relaxation. Also suited for people with limited mobility. Approved by Sport Waitakere as a strength and balance programme which reduces falls.
Stretch, Restore, Meditate: A selection of practices designed for rejuvenation. Perfect for the end of the week.
Trauma Sensitive Yoga: specifically for people with PTSD and are in therapy.
Yoga Nidra Class: a progressive relaxation technique which relieves mental and physical stress. No yoga experience necessary.
Individual sessions and personalised programmes: Available by appointment.

Class Fees:

Special offer for new students for February!
3 classes for $30, to be used within 21 days.

Book now for the 2019 upcoming blocks at Onehunga and Titirangi.

$140 for a 10 week block, $18 casual.
$120 or $12 casual for students and Community Services card holders.

Titirangi:
Tuesdays 29 January - 2 April
Two open classes at 10:00am - 11:30am and 6:00pm - 7.30pm

Wednesdays 13 February -17 April
Yoga Nidra 6:30pm - 7.30pm

Thursdays 31 January - 4 April
6:00pm - 7.30pm open class

Trauma Sensitive Yoga:
beginning Thursday 21 February 9:30am - 10:30am $10 or koha per class.

Elders Class:
Beginning Tuesday 5 February ongoing 2:15 - 3:15pm $10 per class

Individual tuition: $70 per session.

Programme: $90 - includes a full assessment of physical and emotional needs.
