Our yoga classes support people to practice at their own level
Our classes are based on a holistic system of yoga, firmly grounded in ancient yogic traditions.
We offer general and specialist classes that are staged so that practitioners can work at their own level in a non-competitive environment.
We also offer individual and small group tuition, and workshops that focus on deeper aspects of yoga.
Classes are located in Titirangi, Auckland.
